How quickly can updates be made?
I always aim to complete updates as quickly as possible and will let you know if anything is likely to take longer.
Can you maintain a website you didn't build?
In most cases, yes. I’ll first take a look at your website and see what’s possible. I have experience working on WordPress, WIX, Squarespace and Shopify websites, but can normally turn my hand to any platform.
What sort of changes can you make?
Anything from updating text and images to adding new pages, blog posts, forms and functionality.
I'm not very tech-savvy. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You tell me what you’d like changing and I’ll take care of the rest.
How should I contact you to let you know what I need?
If your updates are pretty straightforward, the best thing to do is pop all the information in an email, and I’ll work through that to make the changes. If you require more complex updates, a phone call might be easier.
When you contact me, you’ll be speaking directly to the person who looks after your website. No support tickets, no call centres and no being passed from one department to another.
